We are always looking at ways to improve the quality of services that we provide to our patients. We have set up a virtual patient representation group that we liaise with by emails in order to receive feedback about how you feel about our services, opening hours and the care you receive. We have also set up a face to face patient group that we meet a few times in the year who support us in improving our services. We hope to get as wide a spectrum as possible in order to get a good representative sample. The range of patients that we need are as follows:
Various ethnic groups; various long term health conditions (including disabilities); Patients who are working; Patients who have retired; Patients with young children and Young adults over the age of 21 years.
